I have been going to this clinic for years, not only are the doctors fantastic but the staff is amazing as well!! If you are lucky enough to get them as your doctors I highly recommend it! Great work to everyone at the sexsmith medical clinic!!
Excellent Doctors always available for me when I need as well as the after hour care is outstanding.
Made an appointment for a prescription refill. They said the soonest they could get me in was a month later. Told me the appointment was for 10am in the morning. I confirmed with the lady that it was indeed at 10, since I wrote it down. I get to the clinic only to be told that I missed the appointment at 8am. I told her what had happened and that there was a miscommunication somewhere. She said they were too busy and if I could come back another day. I told her I couldn't because I was out of my prescription that day. She sighed and told me to take a seat.I wait for 2 and a half hours. 2 and a half hours. Until the nurse notices me and gets the receptionist to call me back up."Are you waiting for someone?" she says.I told her absolutely not, and that I was waiting for her to call me for an appointment that takes maximum 5 minutes. She proceeds to tell me that she said I could come back another day. I told her no, she told me to sit down until she forgot about me for 2 and a half god damn hours. "Oh. Well let me see what I can do"I sit for another 15 minutes until a nurse comes to finally bring me to my doctors appointment.Not once did I get an apology. All I got was a rude and despicable attitude towards a miscommunication that I had no fault in. I love the doctors and nurses. Too bad your reception staff cant get their **** together.
They didnt even want to talk to me when I asked if they were accepting new patients. Upaulling when you lived in a town for 5 years and they wont give you the time of day.
Very good service from this clinic they acomadate as best they are able too and try there very best to always be availble the doctor team is amazing
